2.4G Doorbell: This version doorbell is working with only 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. when configuration, please select «smart doorbell » in the APP.

2.4G with 32G SD: 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi version doorbell with extra 32G high-class memory Card.

2.4G with 128G SD:  2.4Ghz Wi-Fi version doorbell with extra 128G high-class memory Card.

5G Doorbell:  The updated new version working with 5Ghz Wi-Fi, 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, or Dual band mixed Wi-Fi. when configuration, please select «Smart Doorbell (Dual Band ) » in the APP.

5G with 64G SD: 5Ghz Wi-Fi version doorbell with extra 64G high-class memory Card .

Tips:

1. This product is working with APP Tuya Smart and Smart Life APP, But Not working with Alexa or Google.

2. SD card is optional, if you need SD card, please select the option with 32/64G/128G SD card.

3.  Please remember to fully charge the doorbell when receive it, with 5V1-2A charger for at least 8-10 hours the first time before installing it.

4.  The version 2.4G Doorbell supports only 2.4ghz Wi-Fi or dual band which can switch automatically, please select correct Wi-Fi when configuring and connecting to your phone APP. The 5G Doorbell version can work with any 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz or mixed Wi-Fi.

5.  Please put the doorbell within the Wi-Fi signal range when configuring and installing to have prompt APP notification.
