FAQ:
Q: Does it work with direct AC/DC power? And does it require batteries?
A: Yes, it can be powered directly by 12–24 V AC/DC power. Please note that batteries are still required in this case. The DC/AC power source should first charge the batteries and then supply power to the doorbell.
Q: Why won't the doorbell turn on with the batteries?
A: You need to remove the sticker from the batteries, and then it will work.
Q: If the Wi-Fi signal is too weak near the door, how can I fix the signal problem?
A: You should order the Wi-Fi extender; it will help you extend the range of your Wi-Fi signal.
Q: Why does it sometimes show "offline" in the app?
A: 1. It is designed with a low-power chip, so the doorbell will go into “sleep” mode if no one rings the bell or no motion is detected. You can wake it up by pressing the bell. 2. If your home Wi-Fi signal is too weak for streaming, the device may disconnect and show “offline.” 3. Please remove the doorbell from the app list and then try setting it up again using the app.
Q: I ordered the camera with a battery, so why can't I turn it on?
A: All batteries are shipped with an insulating film; you must remove it before use.
Q: Why does my new battery last such a short time?
A: Airline requirements: All rechargeable batteries must be charged to between 0 and 60%; otherwise, packages cannot be shipped by airmail.
If the battery is empty or low on power, please fully charge it before using it for the first time.
Q: Does night mode turn on automatically at night?
A: Yes, it has a built-in photosensitive chip; night mode turns on automatically at night.
Q: My house is a villa, and I don't want the doorbell camera to constantly call my phone. What can I do?
