4-8-Port PoE Switch<\/p>\n

The PoE switch provides power and data from a single point, using Power over Ethernet (PoE) over a single Cat-5 cable. It can be used for any 10\/100 Mbps link and supplies industry-standard IEEE 802.3af\/at power. An advanced auto-sensing algorithm delivers power to 802.3af\/at end devices. In addition, the PoE switch automatically determines PoE requirements, speed, duplex, and cable type using Auto Uplink. It is easy to operate and reliable.

1. Distance from the camera?
Our switch has two modes: EXTEND and NORMAL. EXTEND MODE supports 250M. NORMAL MODE supports 100M.
P.S.: CAT5 or higher-grade cable was recommended.<\/p>\n

2. Is that an active PoE connection? If the camera doesn't support PoE, won't it burn out?
Yes, it's ACTIVE POE. If the camera doesn't support POE, it will self-adapt and automatically select either a POE connection or a data-only connection.<\/p>\n

3. What type of power adapter?
Our internal power adapter. The INPUT is 52V.
Plug type: EU PULG *default, US PULG, AU PULG<\/p>\n

4. What is the method for transmitting data and power?
30W per port (IEEE 802.3af\/at).
Wiring: Data and power are carried over pairs 1\/2 and 3\/6.<\/p>\n

5. Does it support Auto-Crossover (MDI\/MDI-X)?
All ports support MDI\/MDIX auto-switching and auto-negotiation<\/p>\n

6. How many cameras can it support?
A: It depends on the power budget. Our products range from 48W to 120W, which can support 4 to 8 15W cameras.<\/p>\n
